Tasting Notes: A crisp fresh and vibrant wine. The 07 was picked early at 11.8 beume to give a finished alchol of 13.0 beume. The citrusy character is dominant at this stage on the nose. The secondary character of barrel ferment and wild yeast should develop during 2009-2010.
