Who is Wedgetail’s delivery partner?

All orders are delivered to our customers via Australia Post.

What do you charge for delivery?

Accepted Answer

To enable delivery customers are required to order a minimum of six (6) bottles.
 
For customers who spend $275 or more on their order we cover the full cost of delivery.

In all other instances a standard freight charge of $15 per order will be applied.

Question 3

Will my wine be delivered to my address?

Accepted Answer

Customers whose addresses are located in the Australia Post ‘Street Delivery’ Zone will receive their wine to their requested address; all other addresses zoned ‘Roadside Delivery’ will be carded with pick up at the local post office for collection.

Question 4

What is the delivery timeframe for wine orders?

Accepted Answer

We aim to deliver wine orders to most Australian locations within seven business days of order acceptance. For remote areas, delivery may take up to fourteen business days.

Question 5

Can I request a specific date for delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. We cannot guarantee orders can be delivered to a customer on a specified date.  We can, however, hold an order from being dispatched from the Estate for a period of 30 days from the dateof purchase.

How can I track my wine order?

Accepted Answer

You can track your wine order using the Australia Post App or their website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search) with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. If you’ve misplaced your tracking number or need further assistance, feel free to contact us at info@wedgetailestate.com.au or call 0493 287 863.

Can my wine be delivered overseas to an international location?

No. We do not deliver to international locations.
