TASTING NOTES

The 2017 Yarra Valley vintage was cool and slow to ripen, producing wines of finesse and quiet intensity. After nine years in bottle, the Estate Pinot Noir has evolved gracefully, revealing layers of dried cherry, plum, and gentle spice, framed by earthy, savoury complexity.  The palate is supple and finely shaped, with bright acidity driving a long, refined finish.

Now at its peak, the 2017 Estate Pinot Noir is savoury, elegant, and deeply satisfying.

FOOD PAIRING

Delicious with roast duck, mushroom-based dishes, and slow-cooked lamb. Its savoury depth and fine acidity also complement earthy flavours such as truffle, wild game, and roasted root vegetables.
