Now showing the first signs of graceful bottle development, the 2019 Pinot Noir remains vibrant and expressive, with cherry and cranberry fruit at its core. Layers of dried rose, forest floor and warm spice add complexity, bringing savoury depth without diminishing its energy. The palate is poised and seamlessly structured, with fine acidity and silky tannins driving a long, composed finish.

Drinking beautifully now, yet with clear potential to evolve further in bottle.

FOOD PAIRING

Best paired with herb-crusted pork loin, mirroring the wine’s supple texture and savoury line. Miso-glazed eggplant also works well, its umami depth sitting comfortably alongside the cherry fruit and gentle spice.
