Nillumbik Hills Open Cellars returns on 20–21 June, one of our favourite weekends of the year.

Follow the Open Cellars trail at your own pace, stopping at eight family-run wineries where the winemakers pour the wine and conversations come easily.

No rush. No crowds. Just good wine, good fire, and a quiet corner of the Yarra Valley worth discovering.

At Wedgetail Estate, the cellar door takes on a different rhythm:

🍕 We are serving wood fired pizza made fresh on-site all weekend

🍷 We are raiding the cellar and pulling out back vintage wines for tasting

🍷 And we are offering special pricing on our wines for Open Cellars weekend only. So be sure to stock up!

Settle by the fire inside the rammed-earth cellar door with a glass and a wood-fired pizza.  

Or head out to the fire pit as winter settles over the vineyard.  

Gather your friends, plan your route and make a weekend of it.

We'll have the fire going, the pizza oven fired up, and a few treasures from the cellar ready to pour.
